Tour Report, May 30 2005
The Jazz is having a blast on tour! Our new york gigs were awesome. We did 2 nights in a row and got lots of love from the locals and other bands. We also got some great local press in TimeOut New York. By the time we left, the town was a-buzz with tales of how much we rocked and they were already asking us when we'd be back.

Then we joined the champs and zombi in cambridge for the first night of the tour. As I told everyone, just seeing zombi & the champs that night was like the best show I've seen in a year. Both bands are just unbeievable & we were so stoked to be on this tour with them. The kids were out in full effect, despite it being a stormy tuesday evening, and they were blown away.

... and that's pretty much how the other shows have been. Great crowds, great sets, and great times. Its amazing to roll into town with 2 great bands and just know you are going to be knocking people's socks off everytime without fail. Plus everyone gets along so well in the bands that its just one huge lovefest. We've had our share of latenight motel 6 parties and gas station food raids.

Right now we are heading to St. Louis from Chicago where we had one of our best nights so far. Its an awesome time and a great feeling to get such a warm reception in so many different towns. -Supertouch

Boyjazz launches rock and roll into the distant future with huge riffs and howling vocals propelled by unstoppable electronic beats.

Begun as a studio collaboration between Sexmouth (Adam Hobbs) and Supertouch (Aaron Levin) in 2002, Boyjazz is rapidly making a name for themselves on the live circuit with their full band.

After a year of stirring the cauldron and careful incantation, Boyjazz is set to release their debut album "In The City Tonight" on Frenetic in the winter of 2004. The universe may never be the same.

"With anthemic songs such as "Potfinger" and "Stank on the Halo," Boyjazz play something like modern indie hard rock, minus the lame bits and plus a sense of humor" --San Francisco Bay Guardian
